A typical two-to-three bedroom apartment usually takes three to six working days, and a full villa or exterior facade can run one to two weeks depending on area, surface repairs and the finishes chosen. We give you a realistic schedule with your quote and hold to it — the timeline includes proper drying time, which we never shortcut to finish faster.

Yes, in most cases. We usually work room by room so you keep the rest of the home usable, protect and move furniture, and use paints with lower odour where possible. For larger jobs, freshly painted rooms, or if anyone in the home is sensitive to fumes, we'll advise which areas to avoid for a day and plan the sequence around your routine. For businesses we can work evenings or weekends so you don't close.

Yes — protection is part of the job, not an extra. We move furniture to the centre of the room or out of the way, cover it and the floors with sheeting, mask off switches, skirting, windows and fittings, and take down anything on the walls that needs to come off. At the end of each day we tidy up, and on completion we return furniture to place and remove all coverings so you get the room back clean and ready.

We don't paint over problems — we treat them first, because paint applied over damp or a live crack will fail within months. We identify the source, treat mould, apply anti-damp or sealing systems where needed, fill and reinforce cracks, then prime before finishing. If the damp comes from a plumbing leak or external water issue, we'll tell you honestly so it's fixed at the root rather than hidden under a coat that won't last.

Because we're an interior design house, colour is something we do properly — we'll suggest a palette that suits the light, the room's use, your furniture and any wood tones or built-ins, and give you physical samples. For key spaces we paint sample patches on your actual wall so you see the colour in your own morning and evening light before deciding, since a colour on a card rarely looks the same on a full wall.

Yes. We stand behind our workmanship — if the finish shows defects caused by our application or preparation, such as peeling, flaking or uneven coverage under normal conditions, we'll come back and put it right. The exact cover depends on the surface and product used, and we'll state it clearly with your quote. Because we treat the causes of failure (damp, poor prep) up front, callbacks are rare — but if something's wrong, one accountable team fixes it.
