Send us a message on WhatsApp describing the problem, ideally with a photo or short video. For most jobs we reply with an estimate within one business day. If the issue needs to be seen in person, we arrange a site visit, then confirm the scope and price before starting any work.

For a straightforward repair where the scope is clear from your description and photos, we quote directly. When a site visit is needed to diagnose the problem, we will tell you upfront whether there is a call-out charge and how much it is. If you go ahead with the repair, that fee is typically applied toward the job.

Plumbing (leaks, taps, mixers, toilets, drainage), electrical (sockets, switches, lighting, breakers), carpentry (doors, drawers, wardrobes, shelves, hinges), paint touch-ups, tiling and grout, silicone and sealing, and general fixes around the home or office. If a repair needs custom timber or cabinetry work, we can make it in our own workshop.

For urgent faults like a burst pipe or a power issue, message us right away and we prioritise it. Customers on a maintenance plan get priority response ahead of standard requests. Actual timing depends on the fault and our schedule that day, but we always tell you honestly when we can be there.

A plan covers routine inspections and seasonal checks of plumbing, electrics, sealants, and joinery, plus priority response when something breaks and a single point of contact who knows your property. We tailor the visit frequency and covered items to whether it is a home, office, shop, or rental, and give you a clear price for the plan.

We can do either. Usually we bring common spare parts and quality fittings and include them in the quote, so you do not have to source anything. If you prefer a specific brand or already have the parts, just tell us and we will fit what you provide. We will always be clear about what materials are included in the price.

Yes. Our repairs are guaranteed, and if the same issue recurs because of our workmanship within the agreed period, we come back and fix it at no extra labour cost. Guarantees on supplied parts follow the manufacturer's warranty. We will confirm the specific terms for your job when we quote it.

Absolutely, and it is often the most efficient way to work. Send us the full list — a squeaky door, a loose shelf, a dripping tap, a paint scuff — and we will plan one visit with the right tools and parts to knock them all out together, which usually costs less than separate call-outs.

We are based in Amman and serve homes and businesses across the city and surrounding areas. For locations further out in Jordan we still take the job on; just share your location when you message us and we will confirm availability and whether any travel applies before we schedule.

We work to keep disruption to a minimum and can schedule around your hours, including outside business hours for offices and shops where possible. After every job we clean up the work area and remove debris, and we test everything with you before we leave so you know it is done right.

There is a modest minimum for a single small call-out, which covers the technician's time and travel. This is why bundling several small tasks into one visit gives you better value. When you message us, we will tell you the minimum and the estimate so you can decide before we come.

For standard repairs, payment is due once the job is completed and tested to your satisfaction, in JOD. For larger jobs or ongoing maintenance plans, we agree the payment terms in advance — plans can be billed periodically. We keep it simple and transparent, with the agreed price confirmed before work begins.
