We handle the full finishing, including electrical and plumbing. We coordinate these first-fix and second-fix stages in the right order with the plaster, flooring and joinery so nothing has to be opened up and redone later. If the shell was handed over with rough-ins already in place, we work with what exists and flag anything that needs correcting.

Yes. On core-and-shell handovers the developer usually leaves basic wall structure and rough-in pipes and conduits. We inspect what is there first, confirm it meets the standard we need, and build the finishing on top of it. If we find something substandard or poorly positioned — a badly placed drain, insufficient electrical provision for your layout — we tell you before we cover it up, with the cost to correct it, so the decision is yours. The goal is that nothing hidden behind a finished wall or floor comes back to trouble you later.

Yes. We stand behind our work and provide a warranty on the finishing and on the joinery we manufacture. If something within the agreed scope develops a fault — a door that needs adjusting after the timber settles, a snag in paint or a fixture issue — you contact us and we come back to put it right. Because the carpentry is made in our own workshop, servicing or adjusting a wardrobe or kitchen later is straightforward. We will set out the warranty terms in the contract so the coverage and duration are clear from the start.

Yes, we serve homes and businesses across Jordan, not only Amman. Our workshop is in Marka Al-Shamalia and we regularly take projects in the surrounding governorates. For sites further out, there may be a small allowance for travel and logistics, which we state transparently in the quote rather than hiding it. Yes, we can phase the work. Some clients start with the essentials — flooring, bathrooms, kitchen and painting so the apartment is livable — and add wardrobes, feature ceilings or bespoke joinery in a later phase as budget allows. We will plan the sequence so the first phase does not have to be disturbed when we return, and we keep your finish selections on record so later work matches.
